Looks good at first glance. We will have to see how big the car looks in person given the expanded length/width and wheelbase.

Lighter is good, aluminum parts are good - unless the bend easily.

The Sport Wheels are decent.

Almost 100% those aren't the Sport Line wheels but the Individual wheels which can be ordered optionally, as their design is identical to the Individual wheels of the other recent models (X3, X4, X5).

I like it a lot. I still like the F30 better, but I freaking hated when I first saw the F30, so this new G30 will grow on me and might be my next car vice an X3 M40i.

A rear wheel drive M340i in Portimao Blue metallic with black interior has my interest. Can't wait to build one and work out the configuration. I'd love to not have to get a sunroof on an M340i.

I feel the same way about this as when I saw the G30 from my F10. Love the interior improvements, prefer the old body style, in this case, the F30. I still think it will sell well.

It won't appear bigger... the huge grille and some 19" rims will see to that! But is IS too long...
Now it's broken the 4.7m barrier it's just a pinky width short of the E34 (Mk 3) 5 series!!

And I don't believe it's lighter..... that's marketing BS!!

I still like it a lot tho

I feel liberated. No-manual opens so many doors to other better looking cars. No longer do I have to force myself to like the new 3-er and forgive all of its faults because of 6MT.

I think it's stunning in M sport. Not sure about the stock front bumper though. Overall, I am very pleasantly impressed, I love the design - it looks much better than the G30 IMHO.
