Low Coolant+ Added about 2 cups 50/50, boiling?

Added the coolant, about 2 cups until it reached the “ max” yellow part, turned on car to let run like it said , and when I went to check on it , it was bubbling up and out of the reservoir. Normal ?/

I did the same to mine just now, 2022 330i, added about 2 cups also, haven’t started it up. How is your car running? Has the low coolant message come back?

Yeah seems to be fine? No issues and error gone. Just thought it was weird I made so much from the bottle and you actually need so little
