Knocking/Clunking noise gone when there's a passenger
So mines 2023 m340i and it develops some constant knocking noise when driving at lower speed (below 35mph). took it to the dealership and when technican sat on the passenger seat and I drive it to demonstrate the sound it surprisingly didn't make any noise. So I drove it again myself and that noise was coming back. They previously checked all the suspension and it was all normal (according to them anyway). He's about 220lbs if that matters. What could causing this? And lastly does tie rod/steering rack consider as suspension as well? Thank you.

Is it the seat belt hitting the side panel? Mine does that. After I straighten it out it stops. Most passengers just let it retract when leaving and it rests against the panel making a clunking noise
