Well after calling BMW my sales guys tracking makes more sense. Seems Glovis Sun makes more than 1 stop to offload cars. It sailed to Baltimore and is now headed to Ga. My car is to be offloaded there then trucked to my dealer. That means I won’t get it till next week but oh well. Still excited to actually get it.

Mine got to NYC 1 day early before heading to Brunswick, GA. Hoping you're a day ahead too!

I will say that other people in the forum that had the same build week seem to have started thier build a little later than mine. I did schedule my build almost as soon as thr dealership got the allocation. Here is what I’ve tracked so far:

Are you on the west coast? I called the automated Genius line this morning and mine has been released to carrier, awaiting transport to exit port. Im in Wa state so west coast port.

Finally after 1 month after Final Production, it changed to Ready for Transport. For some reason some cars take longer to ship, could be because of some options or MPE. Mine has all options, except for leather and full driving assistance. I did get cooling and performance package.

Yeah I’m on Glovis Sun too. That ship has been frustrating for me with all its stops 😂 it should’ve really stopped at Brunswick first then hit Baltimore. Atleast I got through the week watching it and now it should arrive to Brunswick tomorrow finally. Hopefully it won’t take any longer to get trucked down to Tampa so I can finally take delivery of my dream BMW.

My car got off the Glovis Sun in New Jersey on Sunday, November 10. It has been checked in and is expected to be on a truck up here on Thursday. Hopeful pickup early next week.

This timing tracks with the other BMW orders I have had. So, those of you on the Glovis Sun...it's close :-)

My timeline was squashed, so not actual. The car was complete on October 23rd, then sat at "Ready For Transport" until I called on November 1st. They told me it was actually on the Glovis Sun and would arrive in the US on November 10th. After that call, it went to "In Transport". Then after watching the ship hit what seemed like every port on the east coast, it did arrive on November 10th and later that day it went to "At the Port".

Just as with the last two orders, the tracker isn't always actual. The Genius Line knows far more than anyone!

Twinning lol. I had silver wheels in the past and always ended up getting them powder coated black so I just went with black this time

These wheels were only option for M cooling package and summer performance tires, not that great, but looks ok. Fills up wheel arches.

My car finished production in August and it's been in "Ready for transport" status since then...wondering if this car will ever leave the factory at this point 😂 Called the automated tracking line and status is “released to carrier and awaiting transport to exit port.”

Delivery to Norcal so hopefully this thing shows up by end of year
