2019 G20 330I Resonator Delete

I'm planning on getting a resonator delete for my car and I was going to cut of the big rectangle underneath the center console. But I've read from a lot of people saying that its an OPF and would cause a CEL and put it into limp mode. I'm in Canada so I'm assuming its the same as the US spec and shouldn't have an OPF. Should I still cut off the big resonator or just the cylinder one instead? and will cutting the bigger one cause any issues?

To my knowledge, the US/Canada versions of BMWs shouldn't have any OPFs. But I don't know for sure so maybe you should consult a shop about it?
