Just google “g20 lci production” there some forums on it. I think the 2022 looks better, so if my car can get produced this month, that would be great

To be honest with they way things are going right now I wouldn't be surprised if it will.
For me its the parts, right now my build is not missing anything including lumbar support, like I have everything I want, and passenger lumbar support is something I dont want to miss since my wife has some back issues. If they will take it out on production date I will cancel the order. So all this wait might go down the drain lol.

Yea, that was the option I toke out. I could’ve done satellite radio as well but idk y I didn’t. Hopefully I go into production soon… I ordered in late feb

I am not sure where you are located, but I had to drop of my x5 for service and talked to some guy at the dealer. I was told that they had 0 allocations for m340 or m440 past 3 or 4 months. I pulled out of him and he said I will see my car in September the earliest and if anything gets worse it will be October. I am assuming every other dealer that had no allocations in Feb or if they were taken are in the same boat.

yea, I ordered in late feburary. Was supposed to be April production then June, now May apparently

i ordered my car G23 430i portimao blue January 26th, was scheduled for the end of march, car was built on may 3rd. now waiting for it to be shipped to the dealer (the time that the car was shipped from Germany to Belgium in less than a week belongs to the past) but I'm still lucky to have it this soon.

my dealer adjusted their showroom model to my spec since my previous G23 was total loss by a truck. an other customer who ordered the day after me has delivery estimate mid/end summer...

Story so far:

I ordered a M440i middle of March. The production begin date was 2nd week of April. That moved to 1st week of May. Didn't happen. The tracker went back to 'order received'. Called up Genius and was told that the new production start week is 2nd week of June. But today got a mail from the SA that the production has begun. The tracker status also changed to production begins. Yet to get the VIN so I am cautiously optimistic.

Edit: I can see the VIN in MyGarage.

Received my vin May 11th, spoke with BMW Genius today and they stated vehicle will be completed May 25th. He said to call back on the 26th and they will have more information such as the ship it will be departing on and estimated delivery date. The anticipation is killing me.

My vehicle has been at the port for 5 days, I put a call into the Genius who stated that currently vehicles have been at port on average 1-2 weeks before departing on a ship. Hoping to receive the vehicle by the end of this month. Will update as more information becomes available.

Just a quick update.
So, I placed an order in mid February. Last week status went to order received and 2 days ago went to product queue.
It was strange got a call from dealer and he said I have 3 days to finalize build. And of course been excited I forgot about port options.

So, the good news is that I will only be loosing TouchPad and auto trunk close. The trunk close is a bummer, but I think ill still take the delivery. The lumber support is intact though

Its going to be m44gc 2022.

How long was your car at port before it shipped? Mine has been there 6 days so far. There is a ship arriving on 7/18 so I hope my car is on it. It's a priority 1 so fingers crossed.

I apologize I had just seen this, my car was at port for 3 weeks before getting on a ship. Hope your vehicle is in transit or has arrived by now!
