Used 340i xdrive prices

What's a good price for a 2021 M340 xDrive? I see a used 2021 340 for $36k in my area with 22k miles. Is this too good to be true?
My car was recently stolen, and I'm looking into replacing my old 330i M Sport. I paid $35k for my car and loved it. Only had 24k miles and bmw maintenence included for 75k miles. It was fully loaded with a Tacora red interior. I'm coming to the realization that it's gone.

Assuming a clean history, that would be an extraordinarily good price based on my experience over the last couple of months. Up in the Boston area, a clean, one owner, M340ix CPO with that mileage ranges from $45K on the low end to $48K+ at the high end. Non-BMW dealers maybe $1 - $2K less. I haven't seen any '21's for anywhere near $36K. Maybe a '19 or '20 with very high miles.

This one's at a non bmw dealer. It's in NY and I agree that price is a little too good to be true. Another one closer to where I'm at is a 2021 pretty much loaded with 25k miles for 40k even. Not including tax and tags. Feeling like they will try and raise the price when I get there for a test drive.

lot of those sketchy used car dealers in NY will advertise a really low price to get you in the door, only to hit you with THOUSANDS of dollars in "required fees" so the total cost of the car ends up being as much if not more than a similarly equipped model at a BMW dealer. If you go to bmwusa.com, you can search CPO cars on their website. Not all BMW dealers post their cars on traditional sites like autotrader, cars etc. That's how I found my m340i

That's why I always start by asking how much out the door. That way they're not wasting my time and I'm not wasting theirs.

I bought my 2020 M550 from a Benz dealer in MN last year (I’m in TN). It was probably $4k-$5k less than the average and it was optioned better than almost any others I’d found. Someone at a BMW dealer ran all its history for me and it all checked out. Sometimes you just find a good deal. But definitely do your homework.

As far as I'm concerned, any BMW, especially M badged vehicles, no service records/ history, no deal.
