This is useful and looks to be correct based on my SA. So we can assume 4-5 weeks to dealership if we are on the east coast.

Boston. I think there are two possibilities - Baltimore or NYC

If we haven't got a ship yet, next NYC schedule is either today or 30th. Baltimore has one starting on 6/22. Add a few days at VPC and the trip to the dealer. That takes us to mid July.

I checked my vehicle inquiry report that they gave me during order. It says Port Loc: BALPOA, which is Baltimore. You can take a look at VIR. Hope to make it to 6/22 then..

Great. I had a screenshot of dealer terminal that the SA sent me earlier. It says:
Port Loc : NYCPOA
Dest Loc: 0031026

So it is NYC for me.

Update - My tracker hadn't changed since 6/2. It updated this morning.

• 440i GC ordered on 4/3
• Originally scheduled for the week of 5/29
• Now scheduled for the week of 6/5 (this week)
• Status set to "Production Begins" and VIN added on 6/2
• 6/21 Dispatched from factory

I am now at external assembly as of today 6/21
Production begins and vin added on 6/8

Completion date per dev tool is 6/23, so hoping the garage is just lagging

Edit- now showing in the paint booth

This is my first BMW, so I'm not 100% sure what the different steps mean, but I believe that's correct.

It is on a rail going to a port now. Then they will put it on a ship and send it to a BMW distribution center in the US port depending on your location. Then they will send it to your dealer 4-6 week process.

Man I think I might have just missed this ship. My car just completed production today I guess ill be waiting about couple months if I dont make this ship to US, I hope I will get on it

Just spoke with Genius. She told me that tracking for shipments only update mondays and fridays. So they won't know it until Friday.
