Hi all

I'm running out of ideas and before I look to remove the lock and investigate, has anyone looked at the lock mechanism on the gas cap? With the subwoofer in the boot it's creating an extremely loud rattle - only heard from the outside but still very loud. It's the last rattle left!

It's the actual lock that rotates when the cap is closed, if you grab it with your hand you can move it and it whacks against the metal housing and inside the cap latch itself. With the cap open it's almost silent

I've softened it slightly by padding where the cap joins the car, so it shuts tighter but still there. I'm going to try and put some sort of padding in the latch on the inside of the cap, but otherwise I'm stuck.

Has anyone else had this issue?
