So ive done a bit via Bimmercode, M startup animation, M Dash, Startup in Sport Individual, easy stuff. But i wanted flashing brakes (not to annoy or be chavvy) but under harder braking to make car behind more aware. I also wanted additional ambient lighting internally. So (as i didn't want to dabble with expert mode) i enlisted the remote help from Zedcoding. Hes a legend, today at 1pm, he logged on and changed in 30 mins (which included discussion and fine tuning with my likes).
If anyone is considering it do it, its the equivalent of choosing your own wallpaper on your phone, or changing the font on a spreadsheet,it makes the car your own.
The results are ace (haven't taken any pics yet, but will post later)
Look him up, he is mentioned on YT vids and i got in contact initially via Instagram. A real gent and dead easy, so long as you have a windows laptop, an enet cable and teamviewer you are sorted.

Wow. Im suprised the car doesnt have flashing brake lights under heavy breaking by default.

By "additional" ambient lighting, do you mean a larger choice of colours?
And do you know if the changes persistant across pushed software updates?

That's disappointing. Sure I saw in the brochure that Dynamic brake lights were standard on the SE, so assumed it was across the range.

Any colour tbh, I chose red, so I can have both red n blue, homage to m sport
Red on its own and a deep purple
Red n blue looks the biz

Nice! That reminds me more of my Mk4 Golf back in the day - remember when everyone used to want their dials blue and red because of that car!
