330e touring electric cargo cover
Hi, my wife just received her 330e touring with all the boxes checked.
My mind was baffled when it didn't have the electric cargo cover. Like, what? It does have the package, so why isn't it there? Dealer said it's because of it being a hybrid. For real? I drive a 530D touring and I couldn't live without an electric cargo cover. When my wife opens the trunk with her foot under the bumper, she still has to put the things she's holding in her hands on the ground to first remove the cargo cover. This is back to the stone age. Is it true that this is because of it being a hybrid? I'd pay serious money to get this installed, is this possible? It's a 80k car but no electric cargo cover? What a joke... Anyone? |

LtC - G21 simply does not have electric cargo cover available even as an option. These are the little things BMW does to push you going higher up the lineup(e.g. 5-series). There are multiple omissions in the LCI compared to pre-LCI as well: door puddle lights, LEDs in door pockets, LEDs for the airflow wheels next to front windows, small storage compartment next to driver left knee, etc., etc.
