Stop sale due to camera installation issue

Hello bimmers,

I am a 318i g20 MY2021 owner from Estonia. My car is produced in June and sent to dealership. However, after the car's arrival, my dealer told me that the car is missing the 360 cameras which I included in the order. At the moment the car has stop sale status and they don't give me any ETA.

Has anyone experienced the same and solved the issue? I wonder how long this will take.

Same issue here. My car was offloaded at the port in the US a couple of days ago. Spoke to the genius line and they explained that there was a hold for retrofitting the cameras. They could not give an ETA on when the work might be completed. I'm hoping it won't be more than a couple of weeks delay but who knows.
