Otherwise I would also consider putting down some MSD's to bring that money factor down. Besides that everything else looks good. |

Thanks. Have considered MSDs as well. They were willing to take another $1k off the price if the MF was increased to 0.00168 which basically ends up with the same monthly payment so it’s a wash. Just more interest payment instead of depreciation.

For reference, mines is a 2019 which I got a few weeks ago with MSRP of 50k and I pay slightly more than you. Could be since its a 2020, but literally 2019 and 2020 is the same. |

This is a 2019. Payment comparison isn't a good way to compare deals IMO. Too many other factors including local tax rate, money down, and whether you roll in up-front fees like acquisition.

If that is the case, then like the person above said just aim for 10% off pre-incentives and base MF. So in your case try to get around 1k off more. If that isn't worth your time, then just go for it if you are happy with the deal. |

I really envy all of you guys in California with tons of dealerships with huge inventory who need to move units. Based upon my review of this thread, it seems like everyone is getting 8-12% off MSRP plus incentives. Meanwhile, here in Michigan with our three dealerships with limited inventory, the situation is ridiculous.
I recently decided I wanted to trade-in my 2016 YMB M3 for a new M340i xDrive. I found a few vehicles at two local dealerships I was interested in. The experience was...different from everyone in this thread. Dealer No. 1: At first he wouldn't give me any information at all, kept telling me to come into the dealership. I kept pushing him. So finally he emailed me with this for a $63,120 MSRP car. $2,500 due at signing, $825 per month (including 6% Michigan sales tax). Lol. This was in response to my offer of 10% off MSRP, which would have been around $595 per month with no money down. When I responded that this made no sense, as it appears that you'd have to go ABOVE MSRP to get to $825 per month, his only response was "how do you want me to proceed." When I told him that I wanted an explanation of how you could possible come up with those numbers, he simply stopped responding to me. Dealer No. 2. Never even got to talking price, because I wanted to get a ballpark estimate of the trade-in for my M3. They said depending on condition, they would offer $35,000 - $36,000. KBB is $42,000. Again, when I asked for why so low, given that they would turn around and sell it for $45,000, no response. The lack of customer service here is crazy. Apparently they have a line of people begging to get ripped off. I guess my only choice is to wait until the spring and sell the M3 myself, then go outside Michigan to find a new car. It's a shame. Anyone else have similar Michigan experiences? Everyone I see in here seems to be from California / East Coast. |

There's nothing wrong with buying from out of state - some can even bill you for the right taxes and register your car in your state (usually that works for dealers in states close to you). I live in VA, bought my car from a MD dealer |

So, I'm still trying to get something done. Suddenly the dealer is collapsing into a more reasonable range (not quite there yet). But I do have a question re: cash due at signing fees. I haven't leased in a while, but some of these fees seem bogus. Would appreciate any feedback re: which are legit, and which are BS.
Title Fee: $16.00 Plate Transfer: $57.00 Acquisition Fee: $925.00 Doc Fee: $220.00 CVR: $24.00 Cap Reduction Tax: $196.28 Use Tax: $14.64 Acq Tax: $55.50 Customer Cash as Cap Reduction: $271.33 |

Ordered!! 2020 BMW M340i XDrive
Finally Done with this deal!
Car is ordered, requested Germany build. Negotiated selling price before any Rebates/Incentives ended up being 10.5% below MSRP. And with a smaller Dealer Doc Fee than others, this felt more than fair to me. I am extremely happy. 2020 BMW M340i XDrive: MSRP: $67,120 36 Months / 10K Miles Monthly Payment: $548 ($522 Pre-Tax) Drive-Off Amount: $2500 Additional Drive-Off: $3850 for max of 7ea MSDs MF: Base rate of 0.00128 - Reduced to 0.00093 w/ MSDs Residual: 61% Incentives: $3250 (BMW - $1K Lease Credit / $1K Conquest / $1K Test Drive Event / $250 USAA) Region/Taxes: Mississippi / 5% Leasehackr Score: 9.6 Lease Hackr Calculator Link: leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=10000&msd=7&msrp=67120&s ales_price=60072&months=36&mf=.00128&dp=1300&deale r_fee=425&acq_fee=925&taxed_inc=3250&untaxed_inc=0 &rebate=0&resP=61®_fee=0&sales_tax=5&demo_milea ge=0&memo=&monthlyTax_radio=true |

Congrats, and I can't wait to see how those add-ons look. Also, when do we need to sign up for the BMW CCA rebate? I put my deposit down today, but won't sign anything until the last day of the month. |

As for the CCA rebate, I've been a member for a while now so I think I just need to fill out the form within 60 days of picking up the car. I'm not sure when you need to purchase the 3 year membership if you haven't been a member though.

I'm looking on BMW and for the m340i, they currently have 1,000 lease credit and 1,000 loyalty/conquest credit; what am I missing - or did it change since Sept update?
