I hate the look with the headlights touching the grill. I'm still holding out hope that this won't be the case, I much prefer the look of the new X3 grill, which does not extend to the headlights

Meh. Nothing to write home about. I hope it looks better than this when we see actual pics because this is a bit disappointing.

Wake me up when BMW comes out with a RWD 2er sedan to replace the spirit the 3er has lost.

Yeah way too Lexus GS350ish. I hope it looks nothing like this.
And BTW someone come up with a mod to cover that nasty sensor on the bottom of the front bumper. Surely they could have done a better job hiding that. Looks like a straight after thought design decision... |

The back is better than the front, though I'm not feeling the exhaust tips. Hoping it looks better IRL.

LOL @ all of you getting worked up over some crappy renders.
The 3-series has always been a reasonably handsome car. My concern is the driving dynamics. Will it return to being a BMW? Or will it continue to be numb and boring like the F30? They absolutely shat the bed on the current model. |

Looks like its caught up to the E60 5 series in terms of size. I agree that the rear looks too much like a Lexus, I hope the real one doesn't come out looking like that. And we used to complain about the Bangle era cars.

Wait...
I only came here to read the complaints lol
Won't offer critique to a render, will reserve comments for the actual design upon release.

I was always a big fan of the lights connected the grill but I've grown tired of it. I really like on my G01 how they are no longer connected.
