Drivetrain malfunction

Hello everyone, I encountered a drive train malfunction while driving my car. The vehicle has 79k miles on it and is completely stock. Does anyone have any insights into why this might have occurred? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I connected BimmerLink and the codes read

• 20F220 Split cooling valve: internal error detected
• 20A704 Engine cooling system: Activation of emergency operation to protect the engine due to component faults

Have you had any update with this? Just got this same notification on my car at 73k and was wondering what the fix would be
