Greetings,

I keep getting a “preparations for upgrade to version 03/2023.67 completed” message on the remote software upgrade screen. Current version is 07/2021.30.

However, it has been in this state for weeks. The last upgrade timed out after being in this state for over a month.

I doubt it’s a battery issue, since I drive 60+ miles round trip for work 3 days a week. And car is parked in a garage, not on a slope. Parking brakes are usually on, not sure if that matters.

Is there anything I can do to make it install without going to the dealer? I’m outside of the 4 year warranty at this point.
