Traction control not working

Hi, was wondering if anyone has had any issues with traction control not staying off. When I put the traction control on half or completely off the light is on the dash. However, right as I drive traction control automatically turns back on.

Yes, I have no problem getting the light to turn on the dashboard and idrive screen when the car is at a full stop. As soon as I put my foot on the throttle the traction control turns back on and the light turns off on the dashboard. Only way to keep traction off is if I turn it off while im driving but not at a full stop.

Tire pressure warning pops up on the idrive when I turn on the car each time. However, the tpm light never turns on the dashboard. When I check the tire pressure settings, it says all tires are ok. :/
