General tire rotation question

I have a non-staggered set up...rears are almost done but fronts have some life left. Would like to get a bit more life out of this set before i change it out completely so i'm thinking about rotating from front to back.

Can i take it anywhere or do you recommend a BMW dealer to do it? I think they quoted me about $50 compared to $25 at costco. Any concerns about costco not getting the wheel torquing correct?

Anybody can do rotation, you don't need BMW for that, if you have a floor jack you could do it yourself. Jack one side up and place jack stands underneath in case mishap. Swap wheels on that side, then move to the next side.

As far as the torquing, talk to Costco, I'm sure they have the torque wrench for that.

Buy a torque wrench, they're so handy. That way you can bring it to Costco and then check the torque after and adjust if needed.

Do you recommend a front to back rotation or a crisscross rotation?
