How many concrete flags in the boot?

As the title says really. How many 40kg concrete slabs do you reckon I can carry in a G20 at one time without bottoming out the suspension?

At a guess 6 - 7, that would be about the same weight as three passengers

Bottoming out the suspension is only one of your concerns.
Lots of weight at the back = front being high up = far less effective steering.

Having done the same with 200kg or so (in the F31, which is a bit more 'designed' to carry stuff in the boot), I can confirm it's not the most wonderful experience.

Might only weigh the same as 3 rear seat passengers, but the weight is now slung out behind the rear axle, instead of directly above it

As Robbie says, I'd be tempted to try and even out the load. Maybe using the passenger footwells too if you can (size permitting of course); but I'd def consider laying down the back seats and spreading the load further into the cabin.

Surely if they are 40kg apiece (as in your original post), 4 flags is 160kg ?

If anyone is interested I had five bags of builders sand in the boot of my G20 yesterday.

Only wanted two but five minimum order.

You're welcome....

You'll probably find there's 3 bags worth of loose sand still in there. Gets everywhere doesn't it...
