330e lease questions

I'm looking to build a new 330e lease. This would be my first lease so let me know if this is feasible or no...

I understand the 330e is "new" and that will be my largest barrier to a deal most likely

Goals:

-$2000 loyalty credit
-8-10% off MSRP + $5836 (federal tax credit)
-no MSDs
-36/10k
-payment somewhere around $400/month
-residual is currently 60%

Does anyone have luck with them adding in the federal tax credit on top of the lease? I see this commonly but haven't found much info on BMW specific leases

Thanks in advance

Depends on how that federal tax credit works. If the dealership can claim and receive the credit on your behalf, they should be able to apply that as any other credit. If not, you can use that as a downpayment and receive the credit later on. That should be a wash regardless if you or the dealer receives it and shouldn't be looked at as a barrier.

You don't own the car so you cannot get the federal tax credit on a lease.

PA does have it's on state rebate on lease/purchase of EV/Hybrid cars so you can apply for that post sale.

You will not get 400$ on a 56k with zero down.

Is this still true? It was when I leased my 2017- or at least BMWFS passed $3k of the $4k credit to me in the form of BMW Cash/cap cost reduction in my deal. I don't see where a similar program is listed in their lease offers now for other hybrids (i.e. 530e). Could be a deal-breaker, since the credits are now $5800 if I'm not mistaken. Would be nice if they continued passing on $3 or $4k of that.

I am also very much interested in getting a 330e as a second car but there is no guidance as to how the federal tax rebate will be handled in case of a lease.

I was told by at least two different dealers that for some reason, the EV rebate is not applied to the leases currently. It seems only the i3 has this included in its lease incentives. Neither one knew why that is the case- but it makes a significant difference. It very well could be the deciding factor in me moving to a different vehicle (i.e. non-BMW) when my lease is up in early July.
