Feels like an upgrade

I've had this car for a couple months now. Feels better than my f80 in almost every way. After having 4 generations of m cars I decided to try an m-lite. It lacks the raw aggression of an m car but from a dead stop it feels just as quick just missing that dramatic pull to redline. Not as planted in the corners but driving like a sane adult with something to loose, the difference can't be quantified. Mods are Dinan springs and bump stops, ebay front spoiler and maxton sides, jb4, burger intake, xhp transmission
tune, a couple pieces from ind, and Tommy L mud flaps.

Welcome to the club. What are some future mods you have planned? Any track days?

Downpipe. Don't want to break the bank for the Active Autowerke but don't want to deal with a cel. They're local to me and I've purchased from them many years ago. I used to do track days, not anymore, might do a few autocross events, but I get my fix from my racing simulator now.

I can’t recommend the AA Catted downpipe enough. Really opens up the exhaust note and turbo spool. Some performance gain even without a tune.
This car is probably too heavy and large for Autocross but hey, it’s all for fun anyways, right!

Yup, just for fun. After the DP, I'm done with mods, trying to keep it as close to oem as possible. This will be my last IC car, had an i4 m50 on pre order but the delays and the loss of the tax credit pushed me away. Supply of m3's was low so dealers were playing games plus long wait times. I got this car only a few months after order. Very happy with it.

Nice change man. The B58 is no slouch, is more responsive down low & sounds better. too That's a triple win in my book!
