Recommended Run-Flat Tires for 2023 330e?
I have a 2023 330e as my daily driver, and I am looking for recommendations for my next set of tires. I have the M-Sport package and M-Sport brakes, with the following tires from the factory:
Front: Pirelli PZero rf (summer tires), 225/40 R19 93Y XL Rear: Pirelli PZero rf (summer tires), 255/35 R19 96Y XL If I want to stick with run-flat tires, what are my options? This is what I'm seeing: - Pirelli PZero RF (current tires) - Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat - Bridgestone Potenza S001 RFT - Bridgestone Turanza T005 RFT - Continental ContiSportContact 5 SSR The Michelin Primacy MXM4 ZP looked promising, but they don't appear to have a compatible option for the rear wheels--only the front. This is my first car with RFTs, so I was surprised to get a wear notification after 26k miles. I am a *boring* driver--I don't actually need performance or summer tires. I am looking for a tire option that is both durable and hopefully quiet too. I know non-RFTs would be better in both those areas, but I don't have room for a spare in the cramped trunk of the 330e, and I would prefer to stick with the RFTs for now. Any advice/opinions/recommendations for a boring commuter like me? Last edited by bmwdriver77; 01-20-2024 at 10:00 AM.. |
