M Performance Parts on a lease?

I am looking to swap out my cars and currently selling my F82.

My next order will be most likely a 330e

How do you count M Performance parts into a lease? Specially parts such as wheels, steering wheel etc?

Everything is installed at the port or dealership, correct? What happens to the stock parts? Will they just keep the stock wheels for example?

Thanks

Garage List
M Performance parts ordered at the time of contract usually gets added as part of the MSRP so those items are subject to the vehicles residual value. IF you're leasing and were considering adding these on post-delivery, doing so at the time of ordering could make a lot more sense.

Port keeps any and all parts that are swapped out where BMW eventually "scraps" them.

If you have intentions of adding M perf pieces you will save $ with those bits being residualized into the lease. Make sure you add them to your build with the dealership.
This of course is only applicable to cars coming through port if I'm not mistaken.

If you want the convenience (and possibly tax advantages) of leasing, it makes the sense to add port installed options to your order.

Labor is not charged on port installed items, so there's a little bit of up front savings... and you aren't stuck with the stock parts. What would you do with them, anyway? Store them for three years, then reinstall them on the car when the lease is up, and try to sell the performance parts on eBay?
