Nope... I specifically did not trade up to the last generation because it was only available in a 4-pot. And only xDrive on top of that?? No thanks. I mean, I was upset enough when they didn't offer my E91 in 335i flavor when I bought it. But, at least it was a 6cyl, and also available in RWD without the un-needed weight and complexity of xDrive. It seems... the limitations were in place as not to undercut SUV sales in the states. NOT. ONE. BIT.

Prepare for a neutered version that meets EU noise laws like the current M cars, this is a prototype that isn't street legal being tested on the Nuremberg without the emissions control and sound nannies as well as the 2022 speed limiting software. The round exhaust tip version is the 4 cylinder. Seems pretty tame but likely the 6 cylinder will be closer to this once it is neutered. Bring this prototype to the US not the actual one that will hit the streets of the EU communist state!

Below is a preview of speed limiter software approved by EU that is dangerous as it won't let you pull into a round about fast enough to avoid getting hit in an emergency or when it reads the wrong speed limit sign and slams on the brake. Wouldn't want to share the road with anyone without a speed limiter. Also the software encourages you to floor it and then you're going way too fast.

Tons of F31s in New England. But rare indeed elsewhere.

Cutout around the side badge. Uneven and lined in goo. It doesn't help that I hate vinyl wraps.

You should see how much the previous owner paid for it! Put on the same day the car was delivered to him too.

I have contemplated removing it, as I too prefer paint to plastic.

It's a kickass car all the same. I just followed an E63S Touring for a while. I think he could probably smell my jealousy.

Interesting...

For us car guys the wagon is attractive but it's just not popular nor it can sell in the mass market here. I would think if the import process is the same, RS4 would be much more appealing than the RS6 consider the much lower price point. I'm sure Audi can move more RS4 unit than RS6 because of that.
