I am planning to get a pre-owned BMW G20 from the BMW dealer and I currently have 2 vehicles in mind.

1.) 2019 BMW 330i (Executive Package, Premium Package, Driver Assistance Pro Pkg, Parking Assistant Plus, Harman Kardon, Remote Engine Start, Black and white contrast Vernasca Leather, Wireless Charging, Sensatec Dashboard, Power tailgate, Iconic LED Laserlights, Gesture Control) with 13,500 miles for 38K

2.) 2020 BMW 330i (Premium Package, Driver Assistance Pro Pkg, Parking Assistant Plus, Harmon Kardon, Sensatec Leather Seats) with 3800 miles for 41K

Both have 18" allow wheels. Both are alphine White in color. I am having a hard time deciding which one to choose. Should I go with the 2019 model or should I go with the latest 2020 model.

Any suggestions on the importance of packages would really help. It would also help if anyone has any suggestions on which leather seat to go with as well.

The 2019 is pretty much fully loaded, and has executive. Given those two choices, it's 100% the 2019 for me.

It would seem by the description that the 2020 doesn't have leather at all. Not that there's anything wrong with going Sensatec....but that's their fake leather.

Neither have the M sport package? I'd get the 2019 since it's almost fully loaded and call it a day.

No none of them have m sport package. Does the m sport package affect the comfort level when compared to the regular suspension and how?

The sport suspension is stiffer is what I've heard. Ride quality with the base suspension is pretty damn good and handling isn't too bad either.
The M sport pack gets the sporty looking front and rear bumpers and some more stuff which is nice.

Pass on both in my opinion because no M-sport package, no adaptive suspension, and since you're in Arizona with a lot of sunny weather, I would opt for the tire package that has non-runflat summer performance ties. (Michelin Pilot Sport 4s)

M-Sport package adds the sporter front and rear bumpers.
The adaptive suspension helps with adjustable ride comfort.

100% agreed. Go RWD with those tires and as a bonus the Michelin PS4S will have a staggered tire setup, giving wider rear tires and skinnier fronts for both excellent traction and crisp turn in. If it's truly down to these two, then the 2019 is loaded and 10,000 miles is nothing on a BMW.
