How to adjust idle speed m340i?

Hello, I need help figuring out how to adjust idle speed in g20 m340i.

I added powerflexusa motor mount inserts which have added alot of NVH at idle.

I found that gently holding the throttle to where RPMs are now around 750 it really smooths things out vs the stock idle of approx 650.

I tried the foxwell nt510 hand held device, but that did not work.

Do I need ISTA to accomplish this? Any other ideas or suggestions?

There might be a service function to adjust idle speed. Never tried it on G20
