So they were different cars with different drivetrains and/or different wheels? Seems like that would not be a good set of circumstances to advertise. But oh well.

Does engine/transmission temperature really effect drivetrain loss by 9%? I would think maybe 3% or less.....but I have no way of knowing.

Does anyone have verified constant temperature tests on the same vehicle on the same day to rule out drivetrain loss variations?

That's always the challenge with comparisons...getting atmospheric conditions to be the same. Even doing same day tests can be impacted unless enough time between tests is set to allow the indoor climate to settle back.

On masks, I think we can all agree on one thing...the new M3 and M4 both need them.

Can a tuned M340i keep up with a F82 M4?

Dyno and insights.

I mean, right off the bat the stock form of both shares a 0-60 time of 4.1 seconds.

Without watching the video yet, I'm going to say that tuning an M340i vs a stock M4 means yes, the G20 can keep up just fine.
