Who else thinks this is not a render? I think this is a real deal. Yaki wheel gap in the front. Overall the car is not so great looking IMO or maybe I am just through with my m3 bug and thus hard to please..,,,

I can see what you mean ... but if you look closely it seems to be a reasonably good photoshop job of lots of other M cars (hence the F82 wheel gap) and you can see several cock-ups in the edit. e.g. Check out the rear wheel arch at the bottom left corner which appears to cut through the rear tire.

Bimmerpost did this for the X7. Although the render closely resembled the buck tooth style grill it wasn't exactly as production which was not as wonky so to speak. The polarizing front end will be there and the rear....well, we've already seen it.

First render that make use of the leaked pre-production car, nice! Looks very muscular and a bit better finished than the F80’s rear. The new aero bits make it look serious without being over the top.

It's better for tuning, potentially a bad ass sleeper. A tuned version of something like that with x drive would be an M3 that's great in snow.
