Staggered figment idrive setting
Hello everyone I’m new to the bmws.
Recently purchase an xdrive m340 and ordered after market wheels for it was wondering if anyone know what setting to use in the idrive system. 225/40/19 front + 25 offset 256/35/19 rear + 35 offset Not having any issues at the moment but do not want any in the future. Because the car is an xdrive I don’t have a setting for my wheels and tire size in the idrive. Does anyone know what to set it for and if they have done so. Also have any problems occurred in the process. Thank you for your time. |

XDrive cars do have settings for tyres in iDrive. You just select the proper sizes you have. If you have to set it - just set exactly what your tyres are. You have there option to select the car load and this will affect the recommended pressure values.
PS. This is for European market cars, iDrive 8. |

Thank you for the input.
My idrive has a selection for 18” square and 19” square. Do I select the 19” square setting to match the rear tire that are on the wheel and leave it at that? I’m within the 1% I need tot be and I do know width doesn’t matter. |

Just select the 19" squared setup you have in iDrive. The dimensions you posted are standard fitment for xDrive G20/G21 so you can rest assured no issues with transfer case.
