As far as forums I'm not aware of any CO specific. However, I highly recommend the Rocky Mountain Chapter BMW club.

A lot of great people in the club and they do various events. The driving school is extremely hands on gives you access to a private in car instructor for a really reasonable price.
I've also enjoyed NASA rocky mountain. Not BMW specific but plenty of Bimmer enthusiasts
