$500 difference in lease credit makes the May incentives horrible compared to April? That's less than 1% point in terms of discount off MSRP. Maybe you didn't mean it like that and I'm just misreading your tone.

Nothing for me, called into Genius too. Getting frustrating. I special ordered because I needed the driver assistance package due to some mobility issues, and those are pretty rare in dealer builds, but one with it in black and red just popped up at another dealer....

Neither for me. It's super confusing that we already waited for over half a month and we still don't know whether the car can get on this ship. No idea what BMW is doing right now.

If my advisor can't at least guarantee I'm on the next ship I'm going to firmly ask for my deposit back and grab the one that just popped up...

The residual and MF on the 440 is already not the greatest compared to some other models like the 5 series, and this month the 7 series... of course LC and all come into play with that. Generally though, bmw leases have been less attractive over the last year.

Granted it's a new design and all, the 440 came out with not the most aggressive program, March numbers were decent, April the MF jumped, May the MF stayed higher and the incentives decreased. April vs May not a big deal. March vs May (MF+Incentives) does make a decent dent in overall lease figures. Was I being slightly dramatic, sure.
