Cutting OEM exhaust

Hey guys

I could use your some input
after installing my aftermarket exhaust . I need to store the OEM one.
cutting would make it way easier to store.
I know about the dimple on the Exhaust in previous generations for the MPE exhaust. I also found it on this one (blue line). juste double checking that it's the right location to cut
is that correct?

If you cut it, do it on the straightest round part possible. This will allow you to use an exhaust clamp to connect the parts back together if you reinstall.
