Yeah, mine did that upgrade thing after o did an update apps and services , then appeared when I stopped the engine about 15 mins later

No it's not their but does say I have all bookable services when I go on the bmw bookable section in the car, need to go out as the data signal is very poor here, think it must be that, one day they might allow you to connect to your home WiFi.

Yeah had that and the invoice for my subscription, in my app it says I have traffic camera too, incidentally while I was on the blower to connected drive they informed me that they are having server issues and numerous cars are being affected, I still have a sheet over my car on the app, I didn't go out in it much yesterday, either signal or another call to bmw as updated apps dozen times.

I now have the traffic app, think I must be having a signal issue with the car but still no version upgrade.

Just says currently no upgrade for your vehicle when I do the remote search I am on version 11/2021.38... have to keep trying

Did you buy high beam assistant from the store ? I did and that's what prompted the update, as it writes 5AC to your Vehicle Order and needs to recode the headunit with the new VO

No the only bookable was traffic lights i have laserlights, these over the air updates are so random, last car was about 3 behind but wasn't too worried as was PX, you would think if theirs an update and you go looking for it, it would just presents itself, as long as I get the update for andriod I am not too bothered, thanks David

Gents, any idea how I can figure out which boat my G21 will be on, Genius update today told me that my status updated today to 9620 "at sea".

I asked if they could advise which boat it was on but they apparently cannot see that information.
Is there a simple was to figure this out so that I can see when it should arrive in the uk?

For those that have recently had G21 (assuming they all come via the same port) how long are they generally at sea when coming in to Southampton?

Finally can see a light at the end of the tunnel and hopefully collection in the next couple of weeks.

Tony mentioned it should come into Southampton so thought that might be a given but this is BMW so anything can happen

It should although mine was PDId at immingham, so I think that's what happened to mine. I can't see them shipping it from Southampton, up to immingham and back again for a pdi when there's a pdi centre at Southampton haha. My status codes also changed at weird times when I was trying to track Bremen to Southampton, furrier suggesting I was on a wild goose chase ! Good news though if it's at sea now, you should have it in 10 days
