Hit a curb and damaged my wheels

Made a stupid mistake. Please don't educate me on hitting the gas earlier to drift it through. I know. I just got low at the time. Was not on my A game and let Jesus took the wheel.

I got off the car asap and found out the tire was leaking. I heard the noise. I managed to get home safely with tire pressure dropping from 36 psi to 30. I took off the damaged wheel/tire and put on my OEM one just to make sure I can drive around if needed.

The wheel is cracked and the tire sidewall is damaged. Basically they are done. I need new wheel and tire.

I made the same mistake 4 years ago. Hit both left front an rear wheels, but only curb rush no cracking. They were OEM wheels so maybe higher quality? I ended up doing an alignment. I am not sure if I need one this time.

I was hitting at 45 kph 4 years ago and 25 kph this time, but different impact angle. Really not sure what to do. Help.

Take it to the dealer/bodyshop and have them check the alignment and any suspension damage.

At least it's only a wheel, and not any suspension components. New wheel and tire and you will be good to go!

I don't know if alignment and suspension are damaged. Book an appointment at dealer on Wed to see

At least these are aftermarket rims not the OEM rims, +1 for BMW valve stems. We all make mistakes, getting exciting in the snow..

Is the tire is Nokian Hhakkapeliitta R3?

End up paying 255 for the wheel and 203 for alignment (actually no issue....according to dealer)

$255 is not bad for the wheel but $203 for alignment is kind of steep imho.
