You guys watch the nfl special on that last play? One of the assistants said he asked Belichek if he needed to call the timeout. Belichek hunched over, stared at Carroll and said "nah we got this"

Balls of Fucking steel there.

That and they showed the patriots practice squad running that exact play inn the pregame warm-ups

i haven't seen the special. maybe i'll catch it, is it on nfln?


i do admit that specific play is very tough to stop, if not impossible. but, at the same time, i would have felt better running it first. but then again, i understand whoever called the play probably wanted to catch the pats off guard. so i can see both ends now. but watching that live, i felt sick to my stomach.

it will haunt that offensive personnel for a very long time.

it's a new season, our defense won't be the same, but our offense should be a tad better so we score a little bit more and give the d a longer rest.
