Whilst I'm sat waiting for my delivery (hopefully this week) I wanted to get peoples thoughts on which Charging networks to sign up for.

We can't currently change our home provider so (eco brownie points notwithstanding) the ecotricity motorway network doesn't make a tonne of sense. I'd be interested to hear what other schemes people are finding cost effective, and also how the user experience is, looks like I just need to resign myself to 5 million different apps all with my card details saved rather than one consolidator?

I signed up to Polar, Ecotricity and EV Charge Online. Polar is "free" for 3 months, I think I've used it twice, very likely to cancel, it's not worth £8/month. Ecotricity on the motorway is very hit and miss whether it works or not but at least it's PAYG. EV Charge has two points in my home town so I use it every now and then, as it's free. I've also got a Genie Point card/account via work but apart from at our offices I haven't yet found a point where I've used it.
