In the UK you can pick up a 330e in M Sport spec less than 12 months old from a BMW dealer with anything from 2-7k miles on the clock for £30k 🤔

I was suggesting another potential option after a barely used 330i had been thrown in the mix as an alternative to the brand new 318i @ €35k Seems here in the UK that dealers have 330e demo's and then get stuck as the private market doesn't seem very strong, so prices look low? No idea what the used market is like in the 'EU' for a 330e 🤔 |

Also the MSRP price difference between the 318i and the 320i is ridiculous - about 3000-3200€. Thats why Im leaning towards the 318i and a stage1 after a few years. |

318i manual transmission technical specifications
Hi, does anyone know where to get the pdf document for this version?
I'd like to know if it shares the same "long" gearing with the 318d. Gear ratios: I :1 4,110 II :1 2,248 III :1 1,403 IV :1 1,000 V :1 0,786 VI :1 0,601 Final drive :1 3.154 And have there been savings for this "entry level" G20? Smaller brakes, less noise insulation etc.? Edit: Ok, the "other stick shift" petrol G20 M3 has a much lower gearing. It should be closer to this. I :1 4,111 II :1 2,315 III :1 1,542 IV :1 1,179 V :1 1,000 VI :1 0,846 Final drive :1 3.462 Last edited by 320iG20; 10-22-2021 at 03:39 AM.. |

No. Even the mighty M340i is not quick and live enaugh (too heavy). 318i is underpowered for G20 chassis. Try to get at least 330i. 330i goes as 3 series should go.
