2021 M340i
36/10 Lease $65,370 MSRP $60,170 Selling Price (8% off pre-incentive) $2,500 in incentives (Not taxed in Arizona) $0 Cap Cost Reduction $0 MSD $716/month (before tax and fees) $778/month (tax and fees included) $778 drive off (1st month's payment) Even though I have perfect credit, dealer marked up the MF from .00082 to .00102 which is common practice in Arizona. Had the MF been .00082, my monthly payment would have been $756 instead of $778. Fees: $925 Aquisition Fee $499 Dealer/Doc Fee $975 Registration, Title, AZ Vehicle License Tax Last edited by sundevils96734; 01-03-2021 at 06:40 AM.. |

I myself had a Q60 RS, and like you said, tuneable but the quality sucked ass. The 7 spd auto was garbage and is miles behind the ZF8 - also in stock form, high speed handling didn’t inspire confidence. And finally, the tech was far behind the competition, the dual screen was dated and no apple carplay either. The only thing going for it was the sleek design and the motor. |

Also Corning at high speeds felt like a Buick . Big and floaty and not safe at all. Also the adaptive suspension was garbage. In comfort it was very bouncy and unstable |

For those of you saying that leasehackr is unrealistic, and that most people aren't getting the deals you see online.... I took a different approach.
My question was, HOW were they able to get it, from the point of view of trying to learn and understand what I could do to get similar results. If you just automatically assume that EVERYONE is lying.... then you've already admitted defeat. Ultimately I ended up contacting 21 different dealerships and putting a few of the most aggressive ones against each other. Sounds like a lot of work but it was maybe 2 days of excessive emails/phone calls and a few dealerships arrogantly laughing in my face.... but I finally got my 10% off pre-incentive with buyrate MF in an ultra-conservative Chicagoland market. So it CAN be done, you just have to have the right attitude and expectations. The other thing to keep in mind is that discounts, money factor, and residual values can and sometimes do fluctuate month to month. So just because someone got a great deal in say, December 2019, doesn't mean that you're entitled to an equally good deal in December 2020. This was my deal when I signed back in November 2019: MSRP: $68,970 Sale Price: $62,100 (10% discount) Incentives: $2k loyalty; $1k lease cash Adjusted Cap Cost: $59,100 Monthly Payment: $658 (including tax) Drive-Off Amount: $ 6,013 (7 MSD-$4,900 + 1st month payment-$658 + Fees-$455) Months: 36 Annual Mileage: 12,000 MF (before MSD's): 0.00128 Residual:60%

You're lucky with that residual, mine was 57% which makes a pretty drastic difference in payment. |

I did post it on leasehackr (originally with a slightly inflated MF) and they helped me push a little extra to get base MF. Ultimately I got a pretty favorable response on there, definitely no vibes about "getting raped". Honestly I think it has to do with how you pose the question on there. If it shows that you've done all your research before posting a question, I've noticed that they treat you fairly and give good advice. I see people who post looking for all the answers without having done any research and those are the ones that get hosed in the comments. You can check out the thread here: https://forum.leasehackr.com/t/bmw-m...signing/172814

I think I have one of the best prices in the state and have shared the dealer/SA info to a few on here. And to my knowledge they were able to also get good deals. A lot of it is timing and who you work with. The other part is being able to walk away if the deal sucks (and there were plenty of those here). It is possible but it takes work. For those who don't want to go through that process, use a broker and be willing to drive further for the deal. Most times you only have to pay a nominal fee for their services anyways.

I ended up going to a smaller dealership and had to wait longer for an allocation but was well worth it. I think my next one I'll use a broker and save the time

Leasehackr is a good site to gauge prices, find a broker or and how to approach dealers etc. This website is equally as good since I discovered the Philly dealer through a member's post here. The broker I ended up using was also a member here and without this site I wouldn't have encountered him since he wasn't a registered broker on lease hackr at the time yet either.

Hello everyone looking into getting into a M340I pretty soon. Been shopping around some CT dealers but giving me some crazy numbers at 789 a month. Anyone from CT have any leads of some good dealers in the area or in the TRi state. Any help will be appreciated thank you.

I am taking a lease on a 2021 M340i (to be delivered in the next month or two, factory order), with one catch - I drive it 21,000 miles a year and got the lease for 21k miles. My quote, of course, blows yours out of the water pricewise posted here, especially considering the $68,670 MSRP and that mileage allowance. Not going for a purchase - which would be similar monthly payment - for reasons that I think are beyond the scope of the discussion here.
Something popped into my mind here... I live about 10 miles from the BMW Performance Center in South Carolina and am taking Performance Center delivery because frankly it is the closest place for me to get the car anyway. I will likely do Performance Center delivery in the future as well. While I used the same dealer I used in 2018 and 2014 for my prior leases, I actually have the flexibility since doing Performance Center deliver to have my cars actually leased/purchased from ANY center in the country. Is there a specific state or dealership that is well known for having better incentives or more flexibility or some other reason to purchase from there generally?

Hi All,
New to the forum. I'm looking into leasing a 2021 BMW M340i in the South Florida area and would really appreciate advice on negotiating the lease quote down further. Ideally, I'd like to be right at or under $600 monthly with $0 down -- is that possible at this MSRP? Here are the details of their current offer (my wife and I will be co-applicants -- with 785 and 771 credit ratings): 36 month / 10,000 miles annually MSRP: $60,645 Discount: -$6,065 (10% discount) Rebate: -$2,000 (loyalty- stepdad and mom leased thru this dealership) Sale price: $52,580.00 Money factor: .00126 Residual value: $35,174.10 (58%) Fees: - Document Prep Fee: $989 - License/Title: $450 - Tag and Title: $314 - Tire/Battery: $6 - Sales/Use Tax (FL): $3,403.34 Total: $59,742.34 Payment Due at Signing $746.43 $0 $700.27 $1,500.00 $655.62 $3,000.00 $596.09 $5,000.00 Thanks! |

Is the program the same? What's the interest? How is regional inventory? What is the overall automotive segment like? Is it a demo/loaner that's not being disclosed? Is the dealership having their own sale, fronting their own credits/incentives? How old is the unit? Did the dealership get BMW regional support to apply to specific models/VIN's? While we all like to assume that every 3er or X7 is the same, each vehicle could be treated differently so when someone comes on here and says they got 15% off, anyone can do it, you just have to keep trying, it's a half-lie or half-truth. Not saying it's impossible, but when you get those large discounts, there is something unique about that car to get that discount and that person isn't disclosing the full deal to perhaps flex on here that they got a killer deal. |
