Finally entered production!

This is worse than waiting for new iPhone!! The guys on those forums track the shipment, plane # , weather, etc.. from China to US!

I finally have a boat. My car has been status "in transit" since over a week ago, although I've just called BMW Genius today to get more info.

I'm on NYK "Glorious Leader" (strange name, sounds like what Kim Jong Un would name his boat). It's going to get to Halifax by the 27th, and New York a couple days after.

I'm guessing it will be on ground at the NYC port by 4/1. The car has to make its way up to Boston on a carrier but that's another day or two most. I'm probably looking at a mid April delivery if all goes well. Second week of April also seems possible but I'm setting my expectations low.

This is as long as BMW doesn't hold up the release of the M340i, which apparently happened with the new X7.

Seems like everyone is moving along well. My second car should be done Thursday as my first car they forgot 6NW. So if anyone in the Northeast is looking for an almost loaded car in Tanzanite with Cognac PM me for details.

Did you ask if there will be any port installed options available?

Mine is getting close. They had to build a second car as they missed 6NW on the first one. The orginal car is in the same status that has everything less 6NW if someone is looking for a loaded Tanzanite blue with Cognac.
