Depending on the event, you may get an OL code from one of the UDE events, but the fine print states it cannot be used on an order, only an in-stock vehicle. Some dealers may apply it anyways, but I would not count on it. Also, many dealers will cap it at $500, not the $1000, as the other $500 is a dealer contribution, not from BMW.

You can only get fleet if your employer participates in the program. It also cannot be stacked with very much at all. It nets you the same as loyalty. But it precludes almost any other incentive, so it's not great.

You should look into PenFed/USAA and BMWCCA rebates, as you may be eligible for them. You can look into those on this message board and others.
Thanks for the update! Hopefully, September or October will bring more incentives.

Hello!

I was looking at the m340i 2021, but it won't fit in the garage the way we want... just a bit too wide. Anyway, if I were to had purchased that car:

10.5% off MSRP
$2500 Incentives (total)

whether I was financing or leasing didn't matter...
I didn't get into Residuals, MF or the whatnots on this car...

2021 M340i tomorrow!

I'm taking delivery of a 2021 M340i tomorrow! If you want to avoid all the initial dealer BS and shoot me a message and I will share my upper management contact with you.

Dealer is located in Chandler, AZ - they are happy to negotiate and do the deal over the phone and transport. 👍🏻

I got that color combo, but ordered with Red Brakes. At least in pictures the blue with the shadow line and the black wheels it looks awesome with Red Brakes. (Besides, my 540i had blue brakes, and it looked boring with the Blue color)

lease vs purchase

are these rates discounts going to be the same for both lease and purchase or is one of the two going to have a larger discount associated with it?

The % of of MSRP shouldn't matter if you lease or buy, would be the same. As far as incentives, there's a $1,500 lease credit and a $500 loyalty credit as well for April. For a purchase, I believe they have 0.9% APR going on.

On 2023 all the dealers are saying msrp minus a small loyalty number (750$?).

Some will not order for out of footprint buyers.

Anyone have any recommendations for the Houston area? Would there be any discounts for custom orders or just cars on the lot?

Here in Houston, I see most getting MSRP - including myself (Advantage BMW).

They still apply loyalty discounts and such through BMW, but not much beyond that.

Wow. That's nuts considering the $590/$650 leases that were common in 2019/2020.
