Hello all,

first post here, please go easy on me if I mention anything silly or out of place, it's my first time with a BMW so I have a mountain of knowledge to learn about it

I'm receiving my 2021 330e in the next couple of days and would like to add fog lights to it as mine doesn't come with them installed unfortunately. I seem to be having a really hard time finding any posts here about it, either where to purchase them or guides on how to install them. The only fog light related posts I've seen here are for the 2020 G20, which has a different bumper design. I've attached of couple of images of how mine looks like just as reference.

Can someone please help point me in the right direction as to where I can purchase these fog lights, and maybe also to an installation guide?

A couple other questions -

a) Are the wiring harness for the fog lights already installed in the car and it's just plug and play (with some code changing required) or will this be a hell of a project?

b) What's the easiest way to search for my car online? Does G21 indicate a 2021 model of the current 3 Series car? Sorry for the silly question, it's just every time I search 2021 G20, it still shows all the other different styles as well.

yeah, and it's official too, not an aftermarket. But I can't seem to find it on BMW's site when building a 3 series. Not sure if it's part of a package or something.

So according to my coworker, this could be something that is made available for European versions and not actually available to select in North America. If that's the case, I should still be able to purchase it somewhere online and install it right?

There's a variant called luxury line that had the sport line bumpers with fog lamps. I think it was available in NA too but they might have discontinued it? I know it's available in Asia because the base Indian 330is have fog lamps like in the second picture you posted.

Now. Will the wiring be present? There's a very good chance that it isn't. Why would BMW spend an extra dollar or two putting the wiring in when they can charge customers hundreds for it?

G20 is the 3 series sedan. G21 is the 3 series wagon/touring.

Vipin, Thank you very much for your reply, here's hoping that BMW won't be cheap about it and actually consider it easier to just used the same wiring across all their G20/21 cars worldwide lol Still keeping my fingers crossed that I can find those fog lights and easily install them.

You're welcome! I just read your reply in another thread and apparently our cars have the wiring in place? If so, you'll just need to find the actual fog lamps and switches (shouldn't be too hard since the M sport has fog lights and switch) and probably code it in? I'm guessing the M sport fog lamp is the same shape. If not, finding the luxury line one should help. I know they sold luxury lines in America because I've seen pics posted by someone in Florida (or another American state) and their car had fog lights. Let me see if I can dig something up.

I know this was posted a year ago but I was wondering if you have any updates yet?

We purchased our Sportline almost two weeks ago and I'm still trying to do my research. I've found the black bezels on eBay, but they don't come with the lights. However, the lights look very identical to the M340.

Then, even if that works and wiring is there we would need to source the switch and coding for it.

I know this thread has been more than a year now but are there any updates on success and procedures on how to do the fog lights?
