I agree but it's always cheaper to get it on your own instead of from factory.

Exactly .. even in a GT3 or something I'm pretty sure I would tire of on a daily basis pretty quickly... they're desirable for resale and such but kinda like carbon ceramics ... they're great in theory but not very practical for most folks. There are always exceptions but I'd definitely caution anyone thinking of ordering them to at least find some and sit in them first .. then get in and out a few times. Then go back a week later and try it again.

So I am confused... Are they showing the M3 at Frankfurt tonight (tomorrow) or no. People in another thread were saying no. I know we are going to see the 4 series "concept," but I REALLY want to see the next M3.

You'll see the 4 concept but the reason it's so important is because the same grills (aka new look) will be on the M3/M4. Obviously everything else in the lower aerodynamics etc will be diff and more aggressive on the Ms but this is a big game changer in styling about to be seen here

Does anyone know what shade green is "Isle of Man Green?" I really like British Racing Green, Boston Green but do not much care for the really bright greens or the turquoise greens.

I came to ask the exact same thing. Green seems to be making a comeback. They had that sweet looking green concept with gold wheels.

Color is so personal. Opinion on the palette is just that... in my opinion it is more expressive than the f80
Toronto Red is quite orange in person (having seen it in the showroom). It was going to be my choice for an X3 M, but no longer having seen it in person. It's very flat and not appealing like Sakhir Orange, and definitely a red like Imola. But I agree that colour is very personal.

I hope it's something lighter than Boston, Fern or B.R. Green, but not as bright as Mantis, Java or Signal. Then again, Java might actually look good on the new body style.

I'm hoping it's a non-metallic.

Why can't bmw just offer a nice rich red color? What is so hard? Everything is either on the dark side (Melbourne) or orange. Just a regular generic sports car red is all we need.

I'm also surprised there is no bright blue offering (ie a yas replacement). YMB is very popular on the F8x and bright blues are commonplace across car brands right now (as are primer gray colors).

Interested to see the green though! Could be awesome or terrible lol. Hoping the yellow is a true bright yellow like racing yellow and not an ugly goldish color like Austin yellow.

I'm not into super loud greens but I really like the green that Audi has on the RS5.

I like that green as well, and it looks great on the RS5.

They are also brutal for anyone who is a bit, erm, larger around the beltline.

If I had to guess it'll be a dark green, since that color is very popular now in a lot of different things (paint, interior design in general, electronics, fashion). But, Audi does have Sonoma Green which is kind of a medium green that looks brighter in direct sunlight. And Porsche has been advertising a lighter green on the Macan and Panameras.

Sonoma is where it's at.

Actually the bucket seats don't look to comfortable. They are really angular and sparse in detail, nothing special really. They definitely could be nicer, but I do like the side bolsters handles.

The human head is not flat, perhaps some people's are, so why are headrests hard, flat and extremely uncomfortable when resting your head on them after a long day. Headrests need to be more ergonomic and concave to cradle you spherical head. And I'm not talking about adding more padding, I mean overall shape.
