Transmission fluid change interval?

What is the time to change transmission fluid on 2020 330i ? I can't find information anywhere

I think BMW counts it as lifetime, but ZF (manufacturer of the transmission) recommends 50K.

I would do every 50k as preventative maintenance.

i am considering to change it after 5000 miles in case there are any metal shavings ... also the rear diff oil at this time. which will be my 2nd engine oil + filter change ...

any comments?
