My dealer also confirmed that the car is on the way and should arrive in a few days, he didn't provide a clear timeline. Although he did ask if I am interested in getting it tinted and their quote seemed too high..

Juat received an update from my dealer that the car is here. Taking delivery tomorrow

So it basically took 1 month after the car arrived at Oxnard to reach the dealership.

So I learned this morning from my sales rep that 4 cars ordered 10 days before mine (which was 11/7/21) finally got delivered to the dealer yesterday. If that holds then mine should be done next week. According to the rep getting the completed cars on the truck on the stop sale is closed is only taking a day.

I’ve been stuck in stop sale purgatory since January 5

Exactly the same in my case - arrived at Oxnard VPC Dec. 25, arrived at the dealership in San Francisco Jan. 27.

Mind if I ask what car you got? I don't know if there is much correlation to the series and/or type when it comes to the cars being released. It almost seems random. But I know it is not.
I've had an M440i Coupe sitting at the Brunswick VPC since 12/22. I can't seem to get ANY info on when I might get it....

Thanks. That is really close to what I have. Mine is Portimao Blue, HK, Premium, 19" black wheels, Vented seats, Driver assistance Pro and some other goodies. Not far from yours. Just in a different VPC.
I've called Customer Care and "elevated" the complaint (for whatever that is worth). They are supposed to "look into and get back with me".
That was 2 days ago.....

I finally got a response from the genius. They said my car is due at the dealer today after shipping from the port in Baltimore. But they also said that they don’t have access to any work order information, so I’d need to speak with my CA.

Naturally my CA doesn’t respond to such inquiry and the car doesn’t seem to have left the port.
