Possible to switch DMEs? 2024 G20
I was wondering if I keep my stock DME and then purchase another DME with the same year and model and use that one for tuning, etc.
But if something goes wrong, I can always plug my stock DME back in. Would this work? |

Yes it will work, if the second DME will be programmed to your car.
But it wont help you for warranty... BMW can see that you switched the DME because the mileage wont fit. On top the FASTA data will have gaps between the DME switches.
