M340i 18" Tire Size Options?
We hope to take delivery of our 2022 M340ix in December. It's coming with 18” M Double-spoke bi-color orbit grey wheels and all-season run-flats that I want to replace, probably with Pilot Sport All-Season 4.
What is the size of these stock run-flats? 225/40/18? How much wider can I safely go with the replacement Michelins without having problems? |

Your wheels/tires should be style 790m all season run flat.
The rim size is 18 * 7.5J, tire size is 225/45/R18 for 7.5J..225 is already a reasonable width, though some table would say 235 is the maximum. |

Didn’t realize your rim was 7.5. Thought it was 8.
Stick with stock 225 size. Max 235. Not sure it’s worth the bother for for 10 mm. |

Hi guys! I'm thinking about 18x8 front and 18x9 rear, custom forged wheels.
On front 235/45, on rear 265/40. But, i can't understand and pick up the right ET fitment fo these wheels specs. Can someone help me ? What is best ET for this wheel specs ? i' dont need agressive fitment, just to not rub the arches and not bite the rubber. |
