More power

Is there or what is the best way of squeezing more power from the 330i without voiding warranty?

I am thinking the same thing. I know there are a couple of options out there such as JB4 or dinan to get a little more power out of the car, and you can remove them before going in for service. The only thing that makes me hesitate is that Bmw can see when the car was boosting higher than it should and they can possible give issues, that's why I haven't done anything yet, but if anyone has experience hands on with the dealers please feel free to provide some input!

I'm pretty sure that as soon as you do mods to your engine (piggyback or tune)
Bmw can void ur warranty for your drivetrain
Except Bmw or Dinan additions if I'm not mistaken

Dinan piggybacks will void warranty too. Thing is they might pay if you have issues is all. But apparently, to get them to pay, you'll have to prove that it was caused by the product. And BMW can claim everything was caused by the product even if it wasn't. In which case you'll be out of luck and you'll have to pay up. I read about this issue in a thread a while back where someone faced issues with BMW voiding warranty claiming it was the Dinan product that caused it and Dinan said it wasn't their product that caused it and so they wouldn't pay.

Unless offered by BMW, there is nothing out there that will not void your warranty.

The reputable companies that offer this coverage, do so out of their own pocket if anything happens.

Modifying your car does not void the warranty. The dealership might choose to deny a free warranty work if they can prove your mod caused the damage but they cant for example not fix a defective headlight because your car is tuned.

Downpipes, intakes do not put any additional stress on the engine. They are safe mods that you can install without having to worry about your warranty.

You can also add the JB+, Turbo Transformer for the extra boost and remove it before your dealership visit. It takes minutes to install/uninstall either option
