Buying M440i in Houston

Hi folks,

Looking to buy a M440i coupe, perhaps even a factory order as I don't see too many on the lot near me. Does anyone have any recommendations for a dealer in the Houston/Austin/Dallas area?

Also, how much should I expect off MSRP on a factory order?

BMWs are in relatively short supply in many areas, but I don’t know if prices have started to come down. I ordered my M340i in April 2021 and had no difficulty getting 8% off MSRP, but then all the Covid shortages hit.

Wow 8% is awesome. I'm hopeful to get something like that on the M440i. Especially now that everyone wants an SUV and 2 door coupes are not super popular.

I've had a good experience with BMW West Houston, I got my car for under MSRP (after financing incentives) during peak chip shortage.

Grapevine (Sewell) BMW and West Houston BMW. I saw West Houston BMW offer 2000off for 4 series, including M440i.
