Remote start not working

Hello everyone. Hopefully I put the thread in the right category. But recently I purchased the remote start function from the connected drive store. I was able to have the function "activated". But right now there seems to be a problem with the car starting up. I checked off everything that needed to be done for it to start (check the box in the A/C menu, car is locked, etc. ) Any help is much appreciated!

Because of this post I went to the Connected Drive store and found out that I have the option to buy this too. I can't get the cart to even load though! BMW stuff is so glitchy for me, I'll keep trying it and if I can get it to work I'll report back. Sometimes just giving it time to unglitch is the only thing I can do....nothing ever works smoothly with updates and adds.

Hahaha no worries. Try on the computer! That's what I did and it worked

Is yours working? Mine is! I can start it from my phone now I just need to see how else I can start it. Apple Watch, Alexa and key fob might be possible!

Did you get the message in the car that it was ready to be installed? After I installed it and checked the box for it I closed the My BMW app on my phone and then reopened it. I had the little symbol to auto start the car then. I still haven't figured out how else it can be started though.

Anyone ever figure this out? My car didn't originally have remote start but I purchased it through the BMW store and it shows I'm subscribed but it doesn't give me the option to enable it on the climate screen.
