My current G20(and previous F30) non-704 came with RFT A/S. Since the car is not equipped with spare tire space and change flat tools, I am sticking with RFT. I do use 36-38psi on all 4 corners with good feel and handling.

I tried the launch control for the first time since I got the car and yeah, I am definitely going to go with a non runflat on my next set

What is it about runflats that would make the car suffer in a straight line?

Where I live, roads are too horrible to get plus size wheels with RFTs, been there done that and completely over it when it comes to daily drivers.

I had 17" downsized wheels with super nice RFTs on my F10 for daily purposes and they were great, comfortable tires which I believe made by Bridgestone.

I can always look up the tire details if anyone is interested.
Concur with this, but mine had to come with all-season RFTs from the factory (xDrive without tire/track package). I've replaced them with non-runflats. Don't need the RFTs with my spare tire in the trunk. Makes for a smaller cargo area in the trunk, but that is, for me, a better sacrifice than having RFTs on the car.
